In this concluding sermon to our series Strong Medicine, we look at the warning about “friendship with the world” from James 4. Because God loves us, God wants to be our first love.  The world rewards people for fitting in to its ways, but God wants something better for us than the world can ever provide.

Our grandmothers said, “cleanliness is next to godliness.” That’s not in the Bible, but James makes clear that worldliness is the opposite of Godliness.

Join us for worship at [10:16] on Sundays!
